Horizon Media is excited to announce our new Gold, Silver and Bronze award programs. The Restaurateur Award Programs were designed and originated with the intention of providing one source of communication and information managed through the “Restaurateur of Arizona”. Since the inception of the Restaurateur over nineteen years ago, it has been our continued goal to provide information and exposure for our clients to the owners and operators of restaurants and related businesses.
As part of the Restaurateur Program, we are pleased to also announce our alliance with the C-CAP (Careers through Culinary Arts Program), the single largest non-profit culinary scholarship program nationwide. The participation of C-CAP provides additional exposure and opportunities for tomorrows culinary talents here in Arizona.
The three levels of the Award Programs, Gold, Silver and Bronze were developed to strengthen the industry as a whole in the state of Arizona through marketing events, sponsorships, website exposure, education and training specifically tailored for our supporters in the Restaurant Food and Beverage businesses.
Horizon Media and the Restaurateur of Arizona will coordinate all marketing throughout the state as well as provide the funds to C-CAP for the support of these programs. These combined efforts will continue to support our industry and provide more opportunities into the future for education and employment in the Food and Beverage Industry. We take great pride in being the one stop source of news and information for the restaurant professional and related suppliers.
As a consensus in the industry, education and training to our chefs is important. Energy efficiency and environmental concerns are quickly becoming the market trend. Restaurant equipment manufacturers and utility companies today have more solutions for chefs, owners and operators to reduce energy usage and costs, while simultaneously reducing emissions into the environment.
With the combined efforts of these two organizations along with your support, we look forward to providing greater prosperity to everyone involved.
